SR 9 / I-95 South of Commercial Blvd to North of Cypress Creek Rd
On May 16, 2019, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), pursuant to 23 U.S.C. § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016, and executed by FHWA and FDOT, granted Location and Design Concept Acceptance for the SR 9/I-95 from south of SR 870/Commercial Boulevard to north of Cypress Creek Road PD&E Study in Broward County, Florida. I-95 Mainline Commercial Boulevard Interhange
Cypress Creek Road Interchange Commercial Boulevard and N. Andrews Avenue Intersection Other Improvements Project Purpose The primary purpose of this project is to improve operational capacity and overall traffic operations by providing improvements at the existing interchanges of SR 9/I-95 at Commercial Boulevard and Cypress Creek Road and the adjacent intersections to both interchanges.
